Each player’s turn is divided into 3 parts:
- Perform 4 actions.
- Draw 2 cards.
- Infect cities.
After the Infect Cities step, you hand control over to the next player, and their turn begins.
A player's hand can have City and Event cards in it. City cards are used in some actions and Event cards can be played whenever the opportunity arises (the appropriate button appears).
